1. The Resellers from A class cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore & Chennai) need to purchase eScan SOHO and SMB Range of Products worth Rs. 1.5 Lakhs and resellers from the B & C class cities (rest of India) need to purchase eScan SOHO and SMB Range of Products worth Rs. 1.25 Lakhs.
2. The points can be accrued on purchase of eScan SOHO and SMB Range of Products only within the quarter (15th October 2009 – 15th January 2010).
3. Holiday package is valid for one person only for 2 nights & 3 days with food & accommodation on twin sharing basis.
4. The winners must posses a valid passport before the departure dates. MicroWorld will not be responsible for organizing the same.
5. MicroWorld is not responsible for the resellers eligibility for the visa for international holiday destinations.
6. The holiday package is non transferable and cannot be redeemed with cash or anything else.
7. The reseller can claim only one gift at the end of the scheme. The points collected cannot be split and redeemed for multiple gifts.
8. Travel will be ex New Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkatta and Bangalore airports only. Travel to and from these cities and accommodation if required will have to be arranged by the winners on their own.
9. MicroWorld does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to the products or services rendered by any of the hotels or third party service providers. In no event will MicroWorld be liable for consequential, incidental, accidental, special, or indirect damages, or for acts of negligence that are not intentional or reckless in nature, with respect to any hotel or third party service provider.
10. MicroWorld reserves the right to change, amend or terminate the scheme and the terms and condition any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
11. All claims would be settled, subject to qualifying criteria and standards of verification from MicroWorld and is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

1. This scheme is applicable to Registered MicroWorld Resellers only.
2. The Reseller needs to register online here on or before 15th November, 2009 to become eligible for participating in the scheme.
3. The Scheme is valid on eScan SOHO and SMB Range of Products purchases made from 15th October, 2009 to Jan 15th, 2010 from MicroWorld Authorized Dealers/Distributors only.
4. The Reseller must ensure the complete WPID No. and correct product details are available in the invoice at the time of purchase from authorized MicroWorld Diamond Partners / MicroWorld Gold Partners in their respective regions only. The invoices without the same will be Disqualified.

The Participants have to send in their claims at the end of the scheme period from 15th January 2010 to 30th January 2010 to "MicroWorld Software Services Pvt. Ltd" with complete details as per the below format in an Excel  file specifying all Invoice details and email it to onlinemarketing@mwti.net.
