MicroWorld Technologies, Inc. goes out of its way to make sure its licensees are well informed about eScan and MailScan features prior to activating their license. During the pre-license period, we provide free evaluation copies of the program and you may interact with our technical staff in case of any difficulty. (Evaluation copies contain the same features as licensed copies, but their usage is restricted to 30 days only. Please note that the evaluation copies of MailScan do not remove spyware/adware.) This allows potential licensees to use and understand the eScan and MailScan program prior to ordering a license. With this in mind, please note, as stated on our order form, "MicroWorld Technologies has a no refund policy for the software, once the License Key has been issued.

We do not warrant the contents of the Software Product or that the software itself will be error free, regardless of whether the product has been distributed on CD or internet. The Software Product is furnished "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software product is implied on you. In case of any technical problem, we provide 24 X 7 online technical support through email, telephone and chat.
